We strive to provide the best Quran learning experience for all students. However, we understand that circumstances can change. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Trial Classes

We offer a 3-day free trial period with no payment required. This allows students to experience our teaching methods and platform before making any financial commitment.

2. Monthly Fee Refunds

• A full refund is available if a cancellation is requested before the first paid class.
• If a cancellation is requested after paid classes have begun, partial refunds may be considered based on the number of unused classes.
• No refund will be issued for completed classes.

3. Missed or Cancelled Classes

• If a teacher misses a scheduled class, a make-up class will be arranged.
• If a student misses a class without prior notice, the class will not be refunded or rescheduled.
• Students must inform us at least 6 hours in advance to be eligible for a rescheduled class.

4. Payment Disputes
